
1、 Overview:

The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃ (not exceeding 80 ℃), and the conveying gas can be air or other harmless to the human body and non corrosive to metals
Gas that is unnatural and does not contain viscous substances, with dust and hardware particles in the medium not exceeding 150mg/m3. If corrosive gases are transported, stainless steel fans can be customized.
Limitations: The air is not naturally aspirated, has no corrosiveness, does not contain viscous substances, has a temperature below 80 ℃, and contains dust and hard particles below 150mg/m3.
2、 Type:
Single suction, with five machine numbers of No. 6.8, 7.1, 7.4, 8, and 8.5, rotating in both left and right directions, and air outlet positions of 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °. D-type transmission.
3、 Structure:
1. Impeller - No. 6.8, 7.1, 7.4 have 14 long and short blades each, and No. 8, 8.5 have 12 blades each, all of which are forward curved. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes dynamic and static balance and overspeed tests.
2. Chassis - welded with ordinary steel plates in a snail shaped whole, fixed with bolts to the front cover plate assembly.
3. Air inlet - convergent streamlined integral, fixed to the front cover plate group with bolts.
4. Transmission - composed of spindle, bearing box, and coupling.
5. Bracket - welded with steel sections or ordinary steel plates
